Comprehensive Project Management Approach

To facilitate the effectiveness of environmental services rendered, Salvation Safety understands the need and importance to implement and maintain efficient communication and planning. Based on the scope and a client consultation, a specific project work plan is established that defines the objectives, schedules, resources, deliverables, cost control, and project review frequencies. This forward planning provides the flexibility to align the resources necessary to match project requirements with appropriate levels of control.

Salvation Safety will prepare and submit a project overview, schedule, and resource allocation to our clients for review prior to initiating the project. This will ensure effective communication and preparedness to successfully execute the various aspects of each project within the specified time constraints.
